A horse at the funeral of its owner says goodbye to its owner, who didn’t leave it alone

A horse at its owner’s funeral says goodbye to its owner who doesn’t want to give it up. There is a special bond between horses and humans that lasts for the rest of their lives.

Janna Grapperhaus recalls the story of her father bringing home a “young and fierce stallion”. His name is Major.

Major is still a very wild animal, as his former owners have been unable to break him.

Although they tried with rudimentary techniques. They beat him and tied him up in a place without water or food for almost four weeks.

Janna writes that when her father brought the horse home, it crawled over five fence posts within minutes of arriving and would bite and attack anyone within striking distance.

But Janna’s father refused to “break” the big horse. Instead, he spends his time earning the horse’s trust and love.

It was a method that others had hesitated to. Janna says her mother thinks the horse will kill him. Her mother even gave the horse a nickname. She calls it “The Big Thing”.

The father devoted himself to the horse. Janna told her father that he had never broken a horse. He won his heart. Her father worked hard for hours every day to win the trust of that abused horse.

In the end, it took two years for him to gain the Major’s trust and love. So the horse let the owner ride it.

Despite all the strangeness, the wild horse was finally tamed. There is a real love between a man and his horse.

When Dad comes out, Major will kiss him. Janna writes that father and horse have a strong bond that only horse owners understand.

Unfortunately, Janna’s father passed away recently. And just as his family and friends came to mourn for him, they also mourned his beloved horse. Janna wrote that it seemed appropriate for the Major to say goodbye.

And in the beautiful moment of parting, the Major went to the coffin and said goodbye to his master with a final kiss.

The beautiful and touching story has since gone viral on social media. It has more than 166,000 shares on Facebook.

It’s a story that shows the power of care, patience, and love and how we can form loving relationships with animals: Janna writes that love won in the end.
