In 2011, she participated in the popular Indian television reality show MTV Roadies (Season 8) as a contestant and became the champion of the show.

She made her debut as an actress in the Zee TV serial Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke (2012), in which she played the role of Charu Garg.
Later, she acted in several television serials such as Arjun (2013), CID (2015), Emotional Adityachar 5 (2015) and Ahat (2015). She acted in several episodes of Savdhaan India from 2014 to 2016. In 2015, she acted in Sarojini- Ek Nayi Pehal, in which she played the role of Manisha.

In 2016, Aanchal had said in an interview that her co-stars in the serial Meri Saasu Maa, Hiba Nawab and Pearl V Puri, were often spotted getting close to each other off-screen, which made everyone on the sets uncomfortable. When Hiba read her interview, she lashed out at Aanchal and abused her. Later, producers Rahul Tewary and Saba Mumtaz intervened and resolved the matter.
