Adele feels the love of a fellow music icon at her last concert!
The “Easy on Me” singer, 36, became emotional after seeing Céline Dion in the audience at her Las Vegas residency on Saturday (October 26).
In a video posted by a fan account on X (formerly Twitter), Adele was singing her song “When We Were Young” when she approached Dion, 56, who was sitting in a side box at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace.
Adele broke down in tears as the pair hugged for a few seconds, before saying a few words to Dion as the Canadian singer held Adele’s face in her hands. Dion then held and kissed Adele’s hand as the British singer waved to those seated nearby before saying a few more words to Dion and returning to the stage.
A close-up of the heartwarming moment, also posted on X, showed Adele breaking down in tears as she approached and hugged Dion, before leaving with tears streaming down her face. In the clip, Dion also appeared extremely emotional as she hugged and chatted with her fellow singing icon. Another snap shows Dion sitting back down after her sweet moment with Adele and wiping her own eyes.
The “My Heart Will Go on” singer appeared to be joined by her two sons, Nelson and Eddy Angélil, 14, as both boys comforted their mother after her emotional encounter. One clip posted on X also shows Adele walking away from Dion and continuing to sing the song as she wipes her crying face.

Céline Dion shares sunny snap with Adele and says she’s ‘much better’ after health issues
The powerhouse singers’ emotional reunion in Vegas was a full-circle moment for the pair, after Adele came to see Dion perform in concert at the same theater a few years ago.
In January 2018, Adele visited Dion backstage after performing at the Colosseum during the “Power of Love” singer’s second Vegas residency.
In a post shared on Instagram at the time, Dion wrote after meeting Adele at her show, “I couldn’t make all of my shows, but I was thrilled that Adele came to one of them… I love her so much!!”
Superfan Adele also wrote on Instagram about the experience, “Queen Celine! What a show, the absolute highlight of my life, thank you so much for your attention to your audience and your crazy humor. Happy New Year from x.”

The British singer has been a big fan of Dion for a long time, and she revealed it in the 73 Questions video for Vogue 2021 that her “proudest possession” is a framed Dion bubblegum.
“”It’s pretty amazing,” the singer told the outlet in a clip. “James Corden — who’s a friend of mine but also does Carpool Karaoke, which I used to do — did one with her. He knew how much of a fan I was and he made her spit her gum on a piece of paper and she framed it for me.”
Adele will end her two-year residency in Vegas in November.
While performing at a concert in Munich in September, the 16-time Grammy winner said she plans to step away from music for a “long time” after her residency ends.
In a video posted on TikTok, Adele told fans on stage: “I have 10 shows to do, but after that I won’t see you for an incredibly long time and I will hold you in my heart.”
