- Go to Google in your browser and search for AT&T official website in the search box.
- Go to the AT&T website and you will see the AT&T login page. Typically, you sign in to your AT&T account with your login credentials.
- Once you are logged in, select the ‘Profile’ option under ‘MY ATT’ which you can access from the top navigation bar.
- In the ‘AT&T Email Accounts’ section, click the ‘Account Profile’ option.
- After that, go to the ‘User Information’ tab and then click on the ‘Delete Account’ option located on the right side of the ‘Member ID’.
- Wait for a while and when you see the confirmation message “Delete Email”, click “OK” to confirm the deletion.
- After that, go to Yahoo login page and login to your account with your credentials and click ‘Login’.
- Now, to use Yahoo mail separately, you need to click on the ‘Unmerge’ option located at the bottom right corner of the Yahoo page.
That was the last step in the process; your Yahoo mail and your AT&T account will be separated.
