Jenna Dewan will soon become a mother of three children!

The Step out the actress and her fiance Steve Kazee announced that they are expecting their second child together in January 2024. Dewan is already a mother to Everly (10) with her ex-husband Channing Tatum, and shares a son Callum (3) with Kazee.

Dewan and Tatum have developed a close co-parenting relationship since their divorce in 2018, focusing on what’s best for their daughter.

“We’re just getting used to it,” Dewan said Harper’s Bazaar a month after they announced that they were separated. “Together we are in a very positive energy, trying to be the best parents to Everly. We support each other.”

Now Dewan is in love with her blended family and her kids couldn’t be closer. In March 2020, weeks after Callum was born, Dewan told PEOPLE that Everly was excited to meet her little brother and couldn’t wait to “cuddle” and “cuddle” with him.

From Irish dancing to their sibling love, here’s everything you need to know about Jenna Dewan’s two children, Everly and Callum, and her third baby on the way.

Dewan and Tatum welcomed their daughter Everly “Evie” Elizabeth Maiselle Tatum on May 31, 2013 in London. Since then, she has grown into a passionate dancer and a loving big sister to her little brother.

While her mum grew up dancing, Everly initially had no interest in the sport after taking a class and “didn’t want to go back” – until she was introduced to Irish dancing.

“Everly has been obsessed her whole life with Irish legends, folklore, music. Fairies, everything,” Dewan told PEOPLE in May 2022. “I showed her Riverdance and she said, ‘I want to do this, mom, find me a place.’ ”

“That’s how I found this woman [at] Academy of Celtic Irish Dance in Burbank. We were there last week and she loves it, but it’s hard,” she added. “I’m so proud of her for keeping at it. She figures it out very quickly.”

As well as dancing, Everly is also a talented make-up artist and fashionista – and even styled her mum.

In August 2023, Dewan shared with PEOPLE that Everly was gaining beauty skills after spending her entire life around makeup artists.

“She’s been in the makeup trailer with me at work since she was… I have her 6-week-old pictures with me because I was filming Witches of East End and she was in the trailer with me,” she said. “So she was just around it. There’s a part of her that’s kind of interested, but she’s really good. She has a little play makeup set that I gave her and she looks great.”

Like her parents, Everly is a huge Swiftie and even got to attend Taylor Swift’s Eras tour concert twice, once with each of her parents. She put her fashion skills to the test when she styled Dewan for the special night.

“She picked out my outfit for Eras,” she told PEOPLE. “She gave me a lot of notes. There were a lot of things I said, ‘No,’ but … she styled me. It was styled by Evie that night.”

However, above all her hobbies and passions, Everly is a caring older sister. Although Dewan was initially worried about the nearly 7-year age difference between her two older children, she said his older sister fell in love with him as soon as Callum was born.

After Callum’s birth, Witches of East End the actress said that her daughter immediately became her “little helper”, even helping her change diapers.

“She knows how to take tissues [for diaper changes]. I encourage her to help,” said Dewan. “I let her choose what to wear during the day and his sleepwear. He also has a lullaby that he likes to sing to him.”

Dewan’s son and first child with Kazee, Callum Michael Rebel Kazee, was born on March 6, 2020, in Los Angeles.

“And just like that, our hearts exploded into all eternity and beyond ❤️🌈❤️ Welcome to the world you little angel! ❤️”, the dancer wrote on Instagram under a black and white photo of her holding her newborn son.

Callum was born by C-section and came into the world while one of his mother’s favorite songs — “The Devi Prayer,” a 20-minute Sanskrit prayer — played in the background.

“It’s a very peaceful song,” Dewan told PEOPLE shortly after his birth. “He always puts me at ease. I put it on our playlist and I said to Steve, ‘If I ever start looking like I’m worried or if I’m having a hard time, just please let it go.’ ”

She added that welcoming her second child was a much calmer experience because she knew what to expect.

“I’ve heard that from a lot of people, that there’s something going on with the second baby, that there’s a little more calm and peace in knowing what’s going on,” she said. “Knowing what’s coming, you can be a little more present and enjoy it all and it’s so true.”

As a baby, Callum seemed to inherit his Tony Award-winning father’s love of music and his mother’s passion for dance. Kazee posted a video on his Instagram Story of 5-month-old Callum strumming the keys on a baby guitar, a smile spreading across his face as he plays a sweet tune.

“Baby’s first riff,” Kazee captioned the video. “Follow your daddy!”

Five months later, Dewan recounted Callum entering her area of ​​expertise and dancing with her.

“I’m always dancing, even in the kitchen. Callum laughs and smiles when I dance, especially when I give him a good whipping by the hair. It’s like the funniest thing that’s ever happened,” she told Women’s health. “And Evie always says, ‘It’s dance party time!’ ”

Now a toddler, Callum has had many exciting firsts — including his first trip to Disneyland in December 2023. Dewan posted a carousel of photos of Callum experiencing the magical place, including meeting his “idols” Moana and Mickey Mouse.

In January 2024, Dewan and Kazee announced they were expecting their second child together by sharing a video on Instagram of Kazee serenading her on the guitar while she took a relaxing bath — and showed off her baby bump.

“Imagine if I get @stevekazee to serenade me every night the baby will get his voice??” Dewan wrote in her caption.

Dewan opened the interview to Romper she announced the same day that she didn’t expect her pregnancy at 43 to be the same as when she gave birth to Everly at 32.

“I’m not sure the body is necessarily going back to the way it was years ago,” she said. “We’ll see. I’ll report back, but I think there’s a little bit of ignorance, that dancer in me that just says, ‘OK, fine, just do it.’ I’ve made a great recovery every time, but I’m open to whatever happens.”

She also added that she plans for her third child to be her last, and that she tries to “enjoy everything” and “not run to the end.”
