Allen Stone’s career
Through ATO Records, Allen released his debut album Last to Speak in 2010 and his self-titled Allen Stone the following year. In 2015, Capitol Records released his third studio album, Radius. In 2016, ATO Records reissued it as a deluxe edition with seven more tracks. Building Balance Allen’s fourth album was released by ATO Records in 2019 after the commercially successful album “Radius”.
He was featured on the song Neon Cathedral from the Macklemore and Ryan Lewis album “The Heist” in 2012. Allen has said that Marvin Gaye, Jamie Lidell, James Morrison and Stevie Wonder were his musical influences.
He was selected as a VH1 ‘You Oughta Know’ Artist in 2013 and one of mtvU’s Freshmen of the same year. He later sang “Sleep” on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
