NBC affiliate WGAL in Lancaster, Pa., previously reported that the Amish family consisted of a man, a woman and nine children.

According to media reports, one of the family members walked approximately half a mile to the nearest pay phone to call for help. After first responders arrived, the family was transported to WellSpan York Hospital where they were treated and released.

Gregory Fantom, a spokesman for the Delta-Cardiff Volunteer Fire Company, told CNN the mushrooms were from a family member who “found them in the woods … and brought them home for dinner.”
