Andy Cohen and John Mayer Share What They Love About Each Other, Including the Musician’s ‘Supple Lips’

Andy Cohen and John Mayer are firm friends!

During the performance at Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen On Monday night, Mayer, 45, played a game of “Hot Po-Titty” with the host.

Passing each other The Real Housewives of Orange County star Tamra Judge’s breast implants, the duo had to name all the things they loved about their friendship in 30 seconds.

“People love to pester John and I with questions about the inner workings of our friendship, so right now we’re explaining what really makes us ‘best friends,'” Cohen, 55, told viewers, as seen in a clip shared to his Instagram Story.

Kicking off the funny game, Cohen declared that Mayer is “so loyal,” while the singer described the host as “very caring of everyone around you.”

Cohen then joked, “I love your plump lips,” and Mayer added, “I love your FaceTimes of you lying in bed in a hotel room being bored.”

“I like how you express emotions,” the dad-of-two added, after which the “New Light” hitmaker revealed that he loved Cohen’s “Snoopy Louis Vuitton bootleg shirt.”

Showing off his vocal skills, Mayer then sang about how he loved his friend’s house in the Hamptons. However, due to the singer still holding the implant in his chest at the end of 30 seconds, he lost the game.

Cohen and Mayer’s friendship has lasted for many years. In February 2022, the singer spoke at Cohen’s Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony, while in December of that year, the Bravo star revealed at A Table for Two with Bruce Bozzi that Mayer is “very in touch with her emotions.”

“He’s someone who can say, ‘I love you and I appreciate you and I appreciate our friendship’ — things that heterosexuals shouldn’t necessarily say,” Cohen explained.

He also celebrated Mayer’s 40th birthday with him on a group trip to Brazil, while Mayer was a guest at Cohen’s 2019 baby shower, previously serenading him for his 50th birthday.

During a June appearance on SiriusXM The Howard Stern Show, Cohen joked that he and Mayer were “in love with each other,” but insisted they never took their relationship to the next level.

Back in 2018, Cohen also clarified that the couple had never dated, adding that he was not surprised by the speculation.

“We have a really sweet friendship and we’re together all the time,” he told CNN. “I wasn’t surprised because we love each other so much, too. So it just seems like an obvious assumption.”
