Andy Cohen is officially putting his beloved New York home on the market — and he’s turning to pal Ryan Serhant to help sell it.
The Watch what’s happening live host, 56, trusts the SERHANT broker and executive to find a buyer for his West Village abode for a cool $14 million.
The 3,500-square-foot duplex is located on the corner of a historic antebellum building and has three bedrooms and four full bathrooms. It also boasts 25 windows that offer stunning views of the Manhattan skyline.
Cohen purchased the original unit in 2003 and later joined it with three additional units to turn it into the home it is today. He collaborated with interior designer Eric Hughes and architect Gordon Kahn to restore the space to his liking.
Although the listing has not yet been released, the property is set to officially go on the market sometime in September.

“This home is completely unique,” Serhant says in a statement shared with PEOPLE. “The design of the house is not only beautiful, it’s fully functional and has more storage than you could ever need – not something that’s easy to find in the West Village.”

The Owning Manhattan star adds: “It took Andy nearly two decades to make this place what it is today, combining the four homes that make it so special. Opportunities like this don’t just happen in New York. Whoever buys this house is truly getting a once-in-a-lifetime deal.”

In July, Cohen revealed that Serhant would be the one to take over his “dream apartment” during an episode Watch what’s happening live.
“Guess who’s selling my apartment in New York — my dream apartment,” he said on the show. “Ryan Serhant is selling my apartment. Ryan will put that on the list this fall, I think.”
