Anthony Anderson and his ex-wife Alvina Anderson have settled for divorce nearly 19 months after their second divorce, with the actor ordered to pay more than $200,000 a year in spousal support under the divorce settlement.
In court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Anderson, 53, will pay his ex-wife a monthly basic amount of $20,000. However, should Negro If the actor’s gross income is “greater than $2,000,000 per year,” he must pay Alvina 20 percent of that gross amount, which would increase her payout to $400,000.
According to court documents, Anderson will keep their property located in the Encino neighborhood of Los Angeles and their 2004 Land Rover. Alvina will keep the 2022 Mazda and their Houston home.
The former couple must also sell and split the proceeds from a burial plot located at LA’s Inglewood Park Cemetery.

Anderson also owns a Glock 19 firearm that is registered to Alvin, 52, and must be “surrendered to law enforcement within 30 days,” according to court documents.
The couple were married for 22 years before divorcing in 2022.
Alvina previously filed for divorce in 2015, citing irreconcilable differences. In court documents obtained by PEOPLE at the time, she requested spousal support and listed the separation date as April 1, 2014.
She filed for divorce in January 2017 after reconciling her marriage, according to Hey! News in that time.
Alvina filed for divorce a second time on March 25, 2022, listing the date of their separation as “not to be determined.” In the filing, she asked for spousal support and for Anderson to pay her attorney’s fees.

Anderson responded to Alvin’s divorce petition shortly thereafter, citing irreconcilable differences as the separation date of February 25, 2022.

“Sophomore year, her freshman year, I knew a girl who lived in the apartment, so I went to knock on the door to invite her to a party me and my friends were having,” he said. “My wife answered the door. I said, ‘I’ve come to invite Stacey to this party we’re having.’ Stacey didn’t show up, but my wife did – and we’ve been together since that night. And I was just me: I got there early, she didn’t see anyone else, she said, ‘Okay, I’m going out with this guy!’ “
