Shrikant Tyagi has been in judicial custody since August 9, 2022 and is currently lodged in Luksar Jail. His wife Anu has filed an application in the Surajpur district court seeking security cover for her husband Shrikant Tyagi when he leaves jail to appear in court hearings.
In an application to the court, Tyagi alleged a threat to her husband’s life and pleaded for increased security for her husband. In the application she wrote,
“Earlier, gangster Vinay Tyagi tried to kill Shrikant following which he was seriously injured. At that time Y level security was given to Shrikant Tyaga but it was withdrawn later.”
