Ariana Biermann, daughter of reality star Kim Zolciak-Biermann, was taken into custody at 1 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 13, for allegedly driving under the influence. According to TMZ, the 20-year-old was booked into the Forsyth County Jail for “Driving While Intoxicated, Improper/Improper Lane Change and Minor Possession/Purchase of Alcohol.” According to reports, the star was released on $5,120 bail with a court date, but she disputes the allegations and plans to fight them.
Kim Zolciak, Ariana’s mother, is famous for her debut on The Real Housewives of Atlanta in 2008. Kim is married to Kroy Evan Biermann, a former American football player.

Ariana Biermann plans to defend her DUI charges
Ariana Biermann’s team said the influencer was involved in a “small collision with the bumpers” on Saturday and intends to contest the allegations. Their lawyer, Justin Spizman, stated:
“Ariana got engaged in a minor car accident. When the police arrived, the investigator immediately opened a DUI investigation. Despite Ariana’s repeated claims that she was upset and nervous about the minor collision, the officer mistakenly concluded that she was drunk.”
He continued:
“That was not true. She categorically rejects these claims and plans to defend them because she is not to blame for them.”
Ariana was reportedly joined at the time of the incident by her friend, Hudson McLeroy. Hudson was also charged with “driving under the influence, furnishing alcohol to a minor and violating the conditions of his restricted driver’s license.” He was reportedly in the passenger seat when authorities arrested them. Hudson was also released on bail, TMZ reports.

Kim Zolciak-Biermann and her ex-husband Daniel Toce have a daughter, Ariana Biermann. She was born in Atlanta, Georgia on October 17, 2001. Ariana’s parents divorced in 2003, just two years after she was born. Kim broke up with Daniel after discovering his relationship with a 15-year-old girl, according to several reports. Daniel was subsequently accused and imprisoned for having an illicit relationship with a minor. Kim later married football player Kroy Biermann, who adopted Ariana and her sister Brielle Biermann.

The couple were dressed up for their homecoming dance in October when the photo was taken. Ariana attended a private high school and plans to attend the Savannah College of Art and Design. In a March 2022 interview, she stated her intentions as follows:
“I am currently studying Business Administration to broaden my understanding of owning my own business – I intend to go [SCAD] for next year’s fashion.”
She is currently assisting her family’s cosmetics company, KAB Cosmetics. With over 656 thousand Instagram followers, the young star has a sizable fan base. Her net worth is estimated at around $550,000.
