Ariana Grande has settled plastic surgery rumors once and for all.
During the installment of Vanity FairSeries of Lie Detector Test released on Monday, September 30, the 31-year-old singer and actress dismissed speculation that she has undergone various cosmetic procedures.
At one point during the interview, Grande’s Wicked Comment Cynthia Erivo asked her if she had a BBL (or Brazilian Butt Lift). “Get the hell out of here,” Grande replied before jokingly adding, “Yeah.”
When Erivo, 37, was asked if she would ever undergo the procedure, the Nickelodeon alum said, “No. I wouldn’t be comfortable with that. I don’t think it’s my thing. And I’m okay with that, you know?”
Earlier in the interview, Erivo introduced her colleague to a list of procedures including a nose job, breast augmentation and a facelift, all of which Grande denied. “Not yet,” she added of the facelift. “I’m open.”
“This is the best day of my life,” the “Dangerous Woman” singer said after a lie detector test confirmed she was telling the truth. “Get it you YouTube people.”

Erivo also asked about a procedure Grande is often speculated to have undergone: a fox-eye lift. “No, but I found it out through people who thought I was and I said, ‘Thank you.’
Grande then denied having chin implants before saying the only cosmetic procedures she’s ever had were “fillers in various places and botox, but I stopped four years ago.”

“But also as full support to all people who do such things,” she added.
In the September 2023 episode of the series Vogue Beauty secrets, Grande shared that she stopped getting cosmetic injections.

“Complete transparency as a beauty person, like I do my lips,” the 30-year-old REM Beauty founder said before applying the color to her lips. “[I’ve] I’ve had tons of lip fillers over the years and botox. I quit in 2018 because I just felt – too much. I just felt like [I was] I’m hiding, you know?”
The singer broke down in tears before explaining that for a long time beauty was “hiding for me”.
“Over the years, I used makeup as a mask or as something to hide behind,” she admitted. “More hair, more and more, [the] thicker eyeliner… and that can be so beautiful sometimes and I still love it.”

She went on to say that she supports those who want to undergo plastic surgery, “but I know I was like, oh, I want to see my well-deserved cry lines and smile lines.”
Grande continued, “I hope my smile lines are getting deeper and deeper. And I’m smiling more and more and I just think that aging can be such a beautiful thing.”
