Ariana Grande is on the next one!
On Friday, the Grammy winner, 30, released her latest single, “Yes, And?”
With a house beat reminiscent of her friend Madonna’s “Vogue,” Grande shrugs off her detractors and all their comments and gossip.
“Now I’m done worrying / What you think, no I won’t hide / Under your own projections / Or change my most authentic life,” she sings, later adding: “Don’t comment on my body, do don’t answer / Your job is yours and mine is mine / Why do you care so much whose it is [d—] I’m driving / Why?”
Since becoming a global pop superstar, Grande has become the target of the tabloids. The joyous, euphorically defiant dance song “Yes, and?” is her response to all the chatter — about her looks, her divorce, her new relationship, and so on.

The “Rain on Me” singer recorded the song in New York with longtime collaborators Max Martin and Ilya Salmanzadeh, who have produced some of her biggest hits.
Grande first started teasing new music in December, when she shared photos from the recording studio on Instagram. Finally she said “Yes, and?” on Monday, much to the delight of her fans — and A-list friends like labelmate Nicki Minaj, who commented, “We’re ready.”
The singer-actress — who will play Glinda in the upcoming Wicked film adaptation — is about to drop a music video for “Yes, And?” on Friday morning at 10 a.m. ET.
