The Backstreet Boys are building their body!
The boy band — consisting of Nick Carter, AJ McLean, Brian Littrell, Kevin Richardson and Howie Dorough — teamed up with the Radio City Rockettes for a syncopated dance number to the group’s 1997 hit “Everybody (Backstreet’s Back).”
“OH MY GOD, they’re back again!” read the caption on the Rockettes’ official Instagram account on Friday, December 5. “Backstreet is back for the ultimate collaboration.”
In the clip, the musicians are mixed with famous New York dancers, showing off their moves — and even a few high kicks — while belting out the pop classic.

How the Radio City Rockettes spend the holidays when it’s their full-time job (Exclusive)
The two groups first teased their collaboration on Wednesday, December 4, participating in the popular “Oops, Wrong Way” trend.
In the video, the Rockettes, dressed in glittery gold performance attire, jammed to the signature punchline with the message, “The Rockettes should really dance to a Backstreet Boys song,” before the camera panned to reveal the boy band filming a movie. .
The collaboration was part of the Christmas at Rockefeller Center special, which aired on NBC and Peacock Wednesday. These two performers helped build excitement ahead of the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree lighting.
And the Backstreet Boys aren’t the only celebrities to collaborate with the Rockettes. Tonight’s show host Jimmy Fallon, Olympic gymnast Jordan Chiles and violinist Lindsey Stirling have recently made videos with iconic artists.

We tried it: Become a rocketeer for a day (tip: it’s incredibly inspiring and terrifying)
The Rockettes were originally formed in 1925 and have been a holiday staple for decades, performing in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade each year and ringing in the season with the Radio City Christmas Spectacular each year.
In April 2023, more than 800 dancers auditioned for The Rockettes. There was also a special guest: 92-year-old Mary Silvestri from Connecticut, who finally got the chance to attend.
During a visit to Radio City Music Hall, Silvestri revealed that she had tried to audition for a dance company decades ago but was unable to find her way to the Big Apple.
After the auditions, she offered some words of wisdom: “Just keep moving, keep going and go to dance school,” she said. “Do your routine and enjoy it. You have to enjoy what you do.”
