Bad Bunny is Joined by Surprise Guest and ‘Favorite Actor’ Pedro Pascal on Saturday Night Live

Bad Bunny made it Saturday night live viewers are laughing — and dancing — this weekend.

The Puerto Rican rapper, 29, took over the iconic stage as the host and musical performer of the second episode of the 49th season, joined by a surprise guest and previous SNL the host in the character of Pedro Pascal!

During his monologue, Bad Bunny – Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio – brought out Pascal, 48, who helped translate the rapper’s Spanish after he switched from performing the monologue to English, which he said was “not my first language”.

The two friends embraced as the actor joined Bad Bunny on stage, and after the rapper spoke a few more lines in Spanish, Pascal joked: “He says ‘I’m blessed to be here with my favorite actor Pedro Pascal'”

The rapper then asked Pascal for advice on his monologue. The ‘The last of us’ The actor explained that “it’s always helpful when you make a self-deprecating joke” or an “embarrassing photo.”

Bad Bunny then showed a photo of him unconscious lying in the sun naked with a small towel covering him. “How embarrassing is that?” Pascal asked him. “Because I forgot to get dressed!” he replied.

“You obviously have nothing to make fun of, so why don’t you just tell everyone what you want,” Pascal said. Bad Bunny then ended the monologue by saying how grateful he was to be included SNL and thanks to the fans for their support.

The actor also joined the rapper in a hilarious skit in which Pascal played a mom who isn’t impressed that her son is bringing “another girl” home.

After participating in various skits, Bad Bunny returned to his musical roots to perform his hits, “Un Preview” — performed by Lady Gaga during the second surprise episode — and “Monaco,” performed by Pascal.

Just two days before Bad Bunny’s SNL With the performance, the Grammy-nominated artist announced that he will embark on a 31-city North American tour that is set to begin in February 2024 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

According to a press release, each show on Bad Bunny’s The Most Wanted tour will be “a fan-friendly experience on Day One.”

The buzzing global superstar’s tour announcement comes just days after he released his highly anticipated album, Nadie Sabe Lo Que Va A Pasar Mañana (No one knows what will happen tomorrow) October 13.

The new record follows his award-winning album, Un Verano Sin Tiwhich was nominated for Album of the Year at the 65th Grammy Awards and won the Grammy Award for Best Música Urbana Album.
