The British businessman was found dead after disappearing in Barcelona two years ago.
Giles Pooley, allegedly a digital producer who won Bafta, mysteriously disappeared from his home in the Catalan city of 2023.

DNA tests have now confirmed that the body was found at the end of last year that the British disappeared.
Giles was last seen on March 8, 2023.
His guard called police officers when he returned home and saw that Giles’s beloved Husky dog Finn was alone.
Friend Cleland Dan said, “We are still waiting to find out what happened, but the police confirmed that he left. He has overcome so much in his life, reaching incredible maximums, so I don’t want to focus on how he left us, I want to remember what he gave us.
“Giles was talented. He won a place in the Brit School, then started production in Soho through ads and promotions.
“He landed a job at Sky Movies, working his way to the world of digital media, who won Bafta for his work on the Terry Pratchett pork.”
Giles described himself on the Internet profile as a “multi -award -winning digital producer”, which has created interactive products for British TV shows as well as cultural institutions around the world.
His death is not treated as suspicious.
The Barcelona Luzidlab Agency, which Giles helped find, said in his own respect: “Giles was such a colorful, charismatic and passionate person whose infectious energy touched everyone he met.
“After working in the British emission industry, he moved to Barcelona in 2012, bringing his creativity and ride with him.
“Giles was dedicated to creating work that had a positive impact on society.
“Working with him was always fun, he inspired us to think about the big, digging deeper and to create a job that we could all be proud of.
“His influence will remain with us, and we will carry his memory in everything we do. We hope that our future projects will reflect his spirit and make him proud.”
It comes after two British retirees were found dead in the house of Costa Blanc in the 80s, after their bodies were allegedly undiscovered for days.
Officers are now exploring after the bodies of a man and women were found Thursday afternoon at 3:30 pm in the house near the small town of San Fulgencio – a 45 -minute ride south of Alicante.
