Captain Kerry Titheradge will have his hands full with both his crew and the main guests of the tub rental Below deck returns to Bravo in February.
In a super teaser shared with PEOPLE ahead of the season 11 premiere, the new captain, who took over from Captain Lee Robach, admits he has “big shoes to fill” but insists, “I like it that way” addressing his crew for the first time.
“We all have good days full of rainbows and unicorns, and we have bad days, right?” Kerry says as an ominous version of “Row Row Row Your Boat” plays in the background. “I expect perfection.

“I know I have big shoes to fill, but I like it that way,” says Kerry. “You work hard, you will be rewarded. Are you around? I’ll turn around in the blink of an eye.”
As the tease moves to a scene where Kerry is trying to pull the ship into port, communication with the crew appears to be lost.
“I’m not getting any information!” he shouts as a crew member with some equipment tries to prevent the yacht from falling into the dock.
“Brace yourself,” head stew Fraser Olender says to a crowd of smiling diners. “It’s going to be a long ride.”

Despite their best efforts, mistakes are inevitable. A montage of face plants, large spills, broken glasses and falls into water begins to play on the screen.
No matter how hard you work, the team’s priority is to play just as hard.
“One crew, one family, bitches,” claims a steward as a clip of the group cracking jokes during a night of bowling and doing backflips on the ship’s waterslides. “I can feel the heat,” another says as he rubs their badly burned backs.
With any charter, provision must be made for authorized primary guests. One sailor was pushed to the limit after a guest demanded he put down his plate “quieter”.
“I’m about five minutes from losing control,” she snaps to the cameras. “I’m here.”

The bad behavior only escalates when a couple of stewards notice that two guests in the hot tub have gotten too hot and too heavy. “I think the primaries are in the fucking bathtub,” says one before the scene cuts to a clip of someone fishing the next day. “Gross. God, this is dirty, huh?”
As the teasing continues, romance seems to be blossoming on deck.
“I’m a little more straight than I am bisexual,” Barbie Pascual tells the cameras as the group head out for a night out on the town. “I love badonk-a-donks.”

While Barbie and sailor Kyle Stillie fuck “like dogs”, Fraser is requested as a New Year’s kiss by a guest. Although he initially refuses to kiss the guest, the next scene cuts to a shot of him locking lips with a primordial named Steven.
“What happens in Grenada, stays in fucking Grenada!” the primary exclaims before clinking glasses at the table.
The miscommunication escalates as one sailor reveals his difficulty converting feet to meters in his head, and another claims, “I’m sorry, but I feel dumber when I’m around him.”

Tensions rise between the crew, and Kerry butts heads with his chain of command.
“I’m so fucking angry,” Kerry tells Fraser, “it’s a complete disregard for my authority.”
“New captain, new rules,” the words flash on the screen as the trailer ends. “The ship just became real.”
