Beverly Hills, 90210 Cast Recreates Iconic Phone Call Moment to Announce 90s Con CT Return (Exclusive)

The Beverly Hills, 90210 the actors have a very special announcement.

PEOPLE can exclusively reveal that stars Brian Austin Green, Jennie Garth, Tori Spelling, Ian Ziering, Jason Priestley and Gabrielle Carteris will be reuniting at 90s Con Connecticut next spring — and some of the cast recreated an iconic moment from the show to share the exciting news .

In an exclusive clip for PEOPLE, Ziering, Carteris and Green appeared as their present-day selves as footage from the iconic teen drama appeared alongside them. The stars spoke their characters’ lines during the phone call.

“You won’t believe it,” Ziering, 60, said at the time. “We’ll be at 90s Con in Hartford in March. See you there!”

90s Con will take place at the Connecticut Convention Center from March 28-30, 2025, and a host of other nostalgic cast reunions have already been announced for the annual celebrity convention.

All three Lawrence brothers — Joey, Matthew and Andrew — are confirmed to appear in March, along with several members Saved by the Bell Cast including Mario Lopez, Mark-Paul Gosselaar and Elizabeth Berkley.

Last weekend at 90s Con Florida, several members Beverly Hills, 90210 The cast reunited publicly for the first time since Shannen Doherty’s death in July.

Garth, Ziering, Green and Carteris were present on the panel and reflected on the loss of their beloved costar, who died after a years-long battle with cancer at the age of 53 over the summer.

“She is an incredible example to me for everyone [how] she put her challenges and her health stuff aside and really wanted to share the experience of it all with everyone, and it was incredibly brave,” Green, 51, said during the panel. “To go through something so difficult and be open to complete transparency and sharing with everyone is brave.”

Carteris, 63, said she has another friend who is “really sick with cancer” and revealed that Doherty has “really inspired her”.

“I think her legacy really makes a difference for those who are struggling to know that there is hope.”

The cast Enchanted also paid tribute to the late actress on September 14, while taping a live episode of their reunion podcast, Halliwell Houseand Green joined them.

Rose McGowan remembered her as a “powerhouse”, as she said, “Seeing how she managed — and how I had to manage — when people tarnish your reputation and create this box that you can’t get out of and I can’t prove that to people at all, what was amazing to watch, she kept interacting with people, she kept moving forward.”

Dorian Gregory said there were “no words for” Doherty’s “beauty and vibrancy”, while telling fans: “She leaves us with this: cherish every second of everyone you’re surrounded by and love. It’s such a gift.”
