Beyoncé debuted a new clip from her ‘Renaissance’ concert film during the annual Thanksgiving Day Parade
Beyoncé wishes her Beyhive a Happy Thanksgiving.
On Thursday, the “Energy” singer, 42, made a special appearance during the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade as she shared a new look from her upcoming concert film Renaissance: The Beyoncé Movie.
“Hey, this is Beyoncé, I wish you and your family a happy Thanksgiving,” the “Cuff It” singer said in pre-recorded video message. “It is a great honor for me to share with you the first look at the new one renaissance movie trailer.”
The new clip included never-before-seen footage from the highly-anticipated film, which she first announced in October. It also featured a sweet intro from the singer recorded by one of her twins, Rumi, as well as the artist’s voice saying, “We create our own world. This is my reward, no one can take it away from me.”
According to the film’s official synopsis, Renaissance: The Beyoncé Movie “highlights the journey of the RENEASSANCE WORLD TOUR, from its inception, to the opening in Stockholm, Sweden, to the finale in Kansas City, Missouri.”

“It’s about Beyoncé’s intent, hard work, involvement in every aspect of the production, her creative mind and determination to create her legacy and master her craft,” the synopsis continues. “Received with overwhelming acclaim, Beyoncé’s Renaissance World Tour has created a haven of freedom and shared joy for more than 2.7 million fans.”

The worldwide trailer for the concert film was shared in November, offering a behind-the-scenes look at Beyoncé and her family, including husband JAY-Z and their 11-year-old daughter Blue Ivy, who joined the singer on her tour.
“In this male-dominated world, I had to be very tough. Balancing motherhood and being on this stage, it just reminds me of who I really am,” Beyoncé said in the clip.

Before the film’s release on December 1st, Beyoncé is scheduled to hold two special premieres: the US premiere in LA on November 25th and the world premiere in London on November 30th.
