Beyoncé Wore Cowgirl Glam to Her Oscars Gold Party While Mom Tina Knowles Glittered in Sequins: See the Looks

Beyoncé is truly committed to her cowgirl era.

Ever since she and husband JAY-Z hosted their annual Gold Party on Oscars weekend, fans, including us, have been anxiously waiting for the Grammy winner to release photos of her look. And the moment finally came.

The “Cuff It” singer, 42, took to Instagram on Wednesday to post photos of her outfit, JAY-Z and her glam mom Tina Knowles’ party ensembles — here’s a preview.

Beyoncé opted for a tailored suit with a structured pin-buttoned blazer and baggy trousers with high heels underneath. She complemented her white button-up with a black ribbon and a chain made of precious stones.

And, to keep up with her glam country streak, she wore a black cowboy hat over her ice blue waves — though it’s not her first headwear rodeo (remember the $400 Stetson cowboy hat she brought to the Grammys?) .

An extra layer of shine came courtesy of the gemstones that sparkled on her glossy bare lip.

Tina, 70, was the epitome of Hollywood glamor in a black sequined off-the-shoulder dress with a thigh-high slit, gloved sleeves and a silver rosette at the waist. She also wore the look on vanity fair Oscar Party because, with a dress that well, why go for second best?

Elsewhere in her Instagram carousel, Beyoncé also included a sweet photo of the “Empire State of Mind” rapper, 54, dressed in a classic tuxedo, planting a kiss on her cheek.

Beyoncé’s hair care brand Cécred is here to enhance your routine

Beyoncé has had a full plate of exciting projects, from her new country album, Cowboy Carter (out March 29), her new beauty venture, Cécred, a hair care line inspired by and celebrating hair care rituals from around the world and made for all hair textures and types.

Of course, Tina, a former hairdresser and vice-president of Cécreda, also served as her muse.

“So much of who I am came from her salon,” Beyoncé said Essence in an interview in February. “It’s my foundation – and I think as an artist a lot of my bold experimentation with hair comes from being inspired by art and sculpture; creativity with braids; inventing new techniques; and exploring ways to maintain hair growth with protective hairstyles and wigs while still feeling fabulous. It all stems from my experiences growing up in my mother’s salon.”
