Bharat Wadhwa started his career as a corporate employee. He later quit his corporate job and became a sous chef, second in command in the kitchen. While serving as sous chef, he found his calling to achieve perfection in any dish he created.

As his vlog audience grew and the demand for reciting recipes in Hindi increased, he started a new YouTube channel on August 10, 2016 named ‘bharatzkitchen Hindi’ where he uploads various appetizers Dishes, breakfast ideas, Chinese cuisine, curries, chutneys and drinks.
