Big Brother Goes Bold and Beautiful — See Favorites Cirie Fields and Matt Klotz Go from Primetime to Daytime

Time honored Big Brother and Brave and beautiful the crossover is almost here.

On Wednesday’s episode of the long-running daytime series, Big Brother season 25 runner-up Matt Klotz and his former co-star Cirie Fields will make their soap opera debuts.

Klotz, 27, will play James, an employee of Forrester Creations, and Fields, 53, will play Dr. Martin. Entertainment Weekly. Fields will star alongside Tanner Novlan, Dr. John “Finn” Finnegan, and Ashley Jones, Dr. Bridget Forrester, in the episode.

Jones, 47, shared a photo and video from Fields’ time on set last month as Big Brother and Survived the alum posed with her and Novlan. All three stars were costumed in white lab coats with stethoscopes around their necks.

“Any @bigbrothercbs fans? Guess who we have to play with! @cirie_fields @boldandbeautifulcbs @tannernovlan_ hope you watch 🤍💙,” Jones captioned a behind-the-scenes post.

“Thank you for being so accommodating and kind😍😍,” commented Fields, showing her love for the actress.

The Bold and beautiful he also shared some photos of the two Big Brother students during their time on set last month, including several shots of Klotz with Jacqueline MacInnes Wood (Steffy Forrester), Thorsten Kaye (Ridge Forrester), Joshua Hoffman (Ridge “RJ” Forrester Jr.), Delon de Metz (Zende Forrester Dominguez) and Lisa Yamada (Luna), everyone he worked with during his episodic role in the soap opera.

In a sneak peek of the episode he shares EWKlotz tells Luna and RJ that the media is aware of the condition of the company’s boss, Eric Forrester, who is on his deathbed.

Soap stars who have played their roles for 40 years or more

The CBS soap has seen its fair share of famous faces surprise viewers during its decade-long run, including Andrea Bocelli and Marie Osmond this year alone.

Bocelli, 65, appeared in the episode that aired in June, along with his wife Veronica Bocelli and their daughter Virginia Bocelli.

In the episode — which was shot in Rome, the first time the soap has filmed in the Italian city — the famed opera singer performed his hit song “A Te,” orchestrated by Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Bocelli’s wife, Veronica , as a surprise for Ridge.

Osmond appeared on the show on October 27. She played the wealthy Countess Von Frankfurt, who CBS said brought “excitement in the air” as she traveled to Los Angeles to see the new collections of Forrester Creations owners Ridge and Eric Forrester (John McCook). The episode featured a “long-awaited fashion showdown,” according to the network, as Osmond’s character clashes with two bosses of a fictional fashion house.

She told PEOPLE that acting in a soap opera is an unavoidable thing for her, and she said of her character: “She’s doing a little good.”

“Let’s just say she’s unique,” she continued of the countess. “It’s not one [character] which I have already played and enjoyed it. I like that. You can direct a few people here and there, and she was fun.”

Osmond, 64, also admitted she was “blown away” by the cast’s work ethic.

“These people will get 25 pages that they have to memorize in one day and do it right when they get it, and their hours are crazy,” she said. “I left at five in the morning and left at 11 o’clock. Just because it was, I’m sure of this [was] special. But man, they work hard, and I had two days to remember, understand and learn everything.”
