BIG Brother contestant Hallie tonight revealed she is a transgender woman as she told the housemates “Yesterday I wasn’t authentic”.
An 18-year-old youth worker from London opens up in an emotional conversation with her Big Brother colleagues over dinner.

Hallie says, “Hey guys, I just have something to say. Yesterday I feel like I wasn’t 100% authentic to myself.
“I thought I’d let everyone know that I’m trans, if you didn’t already know.
“Just thought I’d say it loud and clear. I’m a trans woman if you didn’t know.”
Hallie’s fellow contestants gather around her to hug her as Chanelle, 29, says: “Well done for you. That is very brave of you.”
Hallie adds: “I don’t know why I was nervous.”
While Farida, 50, replies: “You don’t have to be nervous.”
Hallie was the third contestant to enter the Big Brother house on the opening night and is set to compete for the £100,000 cash prize.
She is the youngest contestant of this year’s show.
But after it was revealed that he was 18, many BB viewers looked at X in disbelief.
One person wrote: “As soon as I saw Hallie I didn’t think she looked 18. Probably because she’s so big and tall. I loved her interaction in the board games. This girl will bring the drama, that’s for sure.”
Another person said: “if Hallie is 18 then I’m a boy too,” while a third wrote: “Hallie looks WAY older than 18.”
Another viewer commented: “There’s no way Hallie is 18 ffs…” and a fifth added: “There’s no way on God’s earth Hallie is 18. If she is, so am I.”
Hallie, meanwhile, is no stranger to fame.
Before entering the house, she said, “I accidentally swallowed magnets once and I was in the news because I had to have them surgically removed and everything!”
Describing herself, she said: “I’m a bit of a diva and I speak my mind, but I’m also a very nice person.
“I’m a girl’s girl, for sure. I’m honest, fun and, yes, just plain brilliant.”
Big Brother returns to ITV2 and ITVX tonight at 9pm.
