‘Big Brother’ Star Michael Bruner and Hayden Middleton Celebrate Friday the 13th Wedding: ‘Til Death Do Us Part’

The Big Brother The 24 star married her now-husband Hayden Middleton on Friday in a ceremony in her home state of Minnesota, surrounded by loved ones — including some co-stars Big Brother former students.

Announcing the nuptials on Instagram, Bruner uploaded a picture of himself and Middleton wearing Halloween masks, with the seasonally appropriate caption, “‘Til death do us part 🖤 #fridaythe13th.”

Middleton, however, took a less macabre approach to announcing her celebratory nuptials, sharing a picture of the couple on Friday with the neon sign “Mr. & Mr.” illuminated behind them.

“Living my teenage dream with my husband, @michaelbruner3 💍❤️,” Middleton wrote.

“You will always be a piece of the puzzle that makes my life complete 😘😘 #weddingday.”

The happy couple was joined on their wedding day by Bruner’s reality show ally Brittany Hoopes, Big Brother 24 champion Taylor Hale and fellow show alumni Joseph Abdin and Ameerah Jones — all helped document some special moments on social media during the ceremony.

The wedding was full of sweet nods to the couple, including cat-themed drinks, a cake with mini silhouettes of Bruner and Middleton (and their cats), and more.

For the wedding, Bruner wore a gray suit and Middleton a black suit, both of whom added matching red bow ties. The couple were beaming as they made their way out to a room filled with their loved ones, as documented on Jones’ Instagram Story.

“Such a beautiful, fun wedding,” Jones wrote alongside a photo of herself and the groom.

Five guests – including Bruner – even took a moment at the ceremony to pose in the photo booth for the ultimate Big Brother 24 reunion pictures.

“We have to steal it for a group shot,” Hale wrote on her Instagram Story.

And of course, it wouldn’t be a wedding without someone dancing to Doja Cat’s “Boss B—-,” which Bruner happily did as Hale recorded. “The way @michaelbruner3 hit the dance floor when this song came on,” she wrote.

At the end of the night, Big Brother the team even jokingly posed for another photo while Abdin tried to sleep in his hotel bed. “GOOD NIGHT,” Hale captioned the image.

More than a year has passed since Big Brother 24 finals have been aired and fans are now tuning in Big Brother 25 because the last season lasts until November. In a recent chat with PEOPLE, host Julie Chen Moonves revealed who she sees as the favorite this season.

“I don’t think there have been true alliances made,” Chen Moonves told PEOPLE earlier this month. “There was a lot of cheating in that house, and the ties just weren’t that strong. Showmans even feels a bit [like] just a matter of convenience, not true love.”

Then Chen Moonves added that she believed Survived alum Cirie Fields and fellow guest Cory Wurtenberger hold most of the power in the house. “He has the gift of being a persuasive speaker,” she said of Wurtenberger. “He also has a fair amount of people under him, not just America [Lopez]and that’s exactly the duo.”
