- Initially, Bittu Banwala learned Haryana style kabaddi by watching kabaddi players in his village and often participated in round kabaddi competitions; however, he later realized that this kabaddi style The scope is not broad enough.
- In 2018, Bittu’s maternal grandfather and uncle asked him to join Narwal Kabaddi and Sports Academy in Rohtak, Haryana, after which Bittu started participating in national leagues and tournaments.
