The Men Behaving Badly star had a five-week relationship with the Britain’s Got Talent judge while married to Les Dennis.
Their romance was exposed in 2000 and eventually led to Amanda and Les’ divorce in 2003.

Former Liberal Democrat MP Lembit is arguably better known for his scandalous love life than his political prowess.
His first high-profile romance was with ITV weather presenter Sian Lloyd, with whom he appeared on the celebrity version of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire in April 2006.
But they called off the engagement and broke up in October of that year, and Sian blamed his drinking and womanizing in her autobiography.
When he began an unlikely romance with Gabriela Irimia – one half of Romanian pop duo The Cheeky Girls, and 18 years his junior – Sian branded him a love cheat and described their affair as a “pantomime”.
Sian said: “I wasn’t sure what to do with my engagement ring. It’s Welsh gold and it’s very special to me.
“My instinct now is to keep it. Besides, I’d hate to see it on Cheeky Girl’s finger.”
Lembit and Gabriela got engaged, and she is a representative for Hello! magazine, he found himself an “intellectual equal” with whom he enjoyed evenings playing Scrabble and having “great conversations about everything from science and philosophy to the structure of values.”
But they split in July 2008 after two years following a “difficult period” in their relationship.

Comedian James (38) managed to see the funny side when his girlfriend Louise Ford, who he had been married to for two years, left him for Rowan Atkinson.
The Mock The Week star claimed Louise, now 42, drifted apart while starring opposite actor Mr Bean, 68, in Quartermaine’s Terms in the West End in 2013.
That year, Rowan, who is worth around £70m, left his make-up artist Sunetra Sastry (62) after 24 years.
James, who lived with Louise before their split, claimed he only found out they were together when he read about it in The Sun on Sunday.
During a stand-up show, he admitted: “They left me for Mr Bean. I found out a year after we broke up. I opened the paper and there was a full page story.
“No one else in history has ever been dumped for Mr Bean… Until you’ve been dumped for Mr Bean, you don’t realize how often it happens.
“There’s a store two blocks from my house that sells masks with his face on them. There’s nowhere I’d go if he wasn’t there.”
Rowan and Louise moved in together in 2014, and in December 2017 she gave birth to his third child, Isla.

It was a summer romance that no one expected – Milkshake singer Kelis (44) and Ghostbusters star Bill Murray (73).
It emerged the pair were dating in June this year after they were seen together at a number of her fashion shows.
Sources told The Sun they were in the same hotel and had been “getting close for a while” after first meeting in their native US and bonding over their shared loss.
Kelis’ second husband Mike Mora died in March 2022 after being diagnosed with stage four stomach cancer, while Bill’s estranged wife passed away in 2021.
Mother-of-two Kelis eventually broke her silence and said that “they are both blessed, rich and happy.”
But two months later she reportedly quit after “things took their course”.
A source said: “They both have busy schedules and after a whirlwind romance, they decided to go their separate ways.
“They hope to remain friends, but they also plan to move on with their lives.”

Shortly after the short-lived relationship, she revealed that she had “no regrets” but struggled with the fact that it ended her 13-year relationship.
Charlie told The Daily Mail in 2002: “I don’t see Andy anymore but I don’t regret what happened.
“You wouldn’t do anything if you were constantly worried about what could go wrong.
“John and I were together for a long time, so when we broke up, I relied heavily on family and close friends… I found that the hardest part of breaking up is getting into another relationship.”

In 2017 – while he was estranged from his second wife, German government bond broker Kirsten Mehr – the politician was hit by porn star Valerie Fox’s claims that they made out at 30,000ft on a transatlantic flight.
The grown-up entertainer, 36, told The Sun: “He had absolutely no qualms about anyone else seeing us together. Our hands were everywhere.”
She claimed that only the fear of being discovered by the flight attendants kept them from going all the way.
Valerie also claimed that Nigel gave her a ride in his chauffeured car before they made out again and went their separate ways.
Nigel was quick to dismiss her claims and said he slept for most of the flight, adding: “There was progress in one direction that was rejected.

National treasure Mary, 88, made a shocking admission in 2019 when she revealed she dated multiple men at the same time before marrying her husband Paul JM Hunnings in 1966.
The former Bake Off host told the An Hour or So With Sue Perkins podcast: “Paul was a friend of my brother’s and I met him and we kind of did things together.
“But I had another boyfriend in Bath and he was in London and I went home at weekends.
“Paul was the one in London and I had one in Bath. Actually there were a few in Bath – keep your options open.”
Paul, 91, proposed to Mary three times before she agreed, telling her on the third try: “I’m getting old so it’s either yes or no”.
