Blac Chyna is getting candid about the complications she endured after having a breast reduction early last year.
“Hey guys, Happy New Year,” the 35-year-old model and influencer began the black-and-white video post wearing a black bra and a compression wrap around her upper chest. “Yeah, I did it again.”
“Time for a quick breast story,” continued Chyna (born Angela White), who wore a beanie and looked fresh in Sunday’s video.
“So earlier this year, I said, ‘You know what, I want to get my boobs out. I’m over it, I’m kind of tired of the fake look that they’re too big for my body, too big for my frame and it just doesn’t fit me as a person anymore.’ ”
Chyna said she went to the doctor and explained that he told her to “get smaller, then get smaller” to see her “skin recede,” because she didn’t want to be “left with saggy skin” or “deformed” breasts.
The mum of Dream, 7, who she shares with ex Rob Kardashian, and King Cairo, 11, with ex Tyga, said she agreed to go from 585cc to 385cc first, but then began suffering complications from the surgery.
“One of the worst things that could happen happened. One of my breasts encapsulated,” Chyna said, noting that “that’s something that can happen anytime you do surgery.”
A muscle in her left breast “contracted around the implant,” Special forces: the toughest test in the world the reality star said of the “painful” experience.
“All the times I’ve had my breasts done, that’s never happened,” she added.

Just before Christmas on December 21st, Chyna had her second surgery, this time dropping down to 190cc. “My doctor told me that if I didn’t get some kind of implant, my breasts would be crushed.”
Although Chyna told her followers that these surgeries are “expensive” and that she knows she’ll have to have another one in the next ten years for “maintenance,” she says she’s finally feeling good.
“Overall, I’m very happy,” she said in a post on Sunday. “I’m excited to finally be part of the Itty Bitty Tittie board”
“I’m excited about 2024,” she added. “2023 really showed me a lot about me and you all were there supporting me,” Chyna told her fans, even sharing a follow-up post of her sneaker purchase, noting that it was one of her health goals for the New Year.
“My first sneakers!” she said with a big smile.
