Lively, who calls Luhrmann her “favorite director” in an accompanying interview, says she jumped at the chance to work with the Hollywood great.

The stars of Marvel recently premiered their new film, Deadpool & Wolverine. On Tuesday, August 6, Lively celebrated her own premiere for It ends with uswhere Reynolds (47) and Jackman supported the star on the red carpet.
In a post on Instagram, Jackman called his collaboration with Lively “a total cinematic experience.”
