The friends reunited for the Strictly stage tour, after reaching the final of the BBC show in December.
But excited Bobby, 20, left fans surprised by his antics towards Dianne, 34, after admitting he was “falling in love” with the dancer.
His comments led some to accuse the bubbly lad of being “disrespectful”, but he was quick to hit back at the remarks on TikTok.
When one person raged under his Dianna video: “He’s really not denying those accusations by saying things like that,” Bobby shot back, “It’s not my job to deny accusations.”

He avoided responding to comments about Joe, as another pointed out: “Joe is going to start throwing up his hands.”
Another wrote: “I feel sorry for Joe. I like Bobby but I love Joe.”
Dianne has been in a relationship with former Strictly co-star Joe for six years, and has kept quiet as fans continue to speculate about their close friendship.
Meanwhile, The Sun was the first to reveal Bobby’s secret girlfriend – with the pair dating for months.
Previously, Bobby opened up about his sweet nickname Dianne.
He told Closer magazine: “I’ve had a few people message me and tell me they enjoy me and Dianne’s partnership and the dances, which is nice, but I only pay attention to the few people who pop into my DMs.
“My eyes are on my Juliet, Dianne.”
He didn’t explain why he calls Dianne “my Juliet,” but it could be a reference to Shakespeare’s lovers Romeo and Juliet.
It came after some fans suggested that Bobby tried to kiss Dianne at one of their live performances.
