The project has faced a lot of criticism for its previous installments, but remains highly anticipated.
After the premiere in 2022, a family member of one of Jeffrey Dahmer’s victims told how they were ‘retraumatized’ by Evan Peters’ portrait.
And the Menendez brothers’ fearsome former defense attorney, Leslie Abramson, slammed the second season as “s**t.”
On location in Los Angeles, Charlie adopted a clean-shaven look and gelled hair.

The actor was seen wearing a brown and green striped button-down shirt layered with a red, plaid work jacket.
He teamed his style with brown straight pants and shabby leather lace-up boots.
In the shoot, Charlie was photographed talking to a police officer in his 1950s-inspired outfit.
In contrast to the creepy role he plays, Charlie looked cheerful and relaxed as he interacted with the cast and crew between scenes.
Vicky Krieps, Charlie’s co-star, was also seen on set, wearing a bright yellow dress, blonde wig and dark brown trainers.
The Monster anthology series first gained attention with Evan’s chilling portrayal of Jeffrey two years ago.

The killer Dahmer, also known as the ‘Milwaukee Cannibal’, raped and killed 17 men and boys.
The crimes took place between 1978 and 1991 and included dismembering the bodies of his victims.
Jeffrey was found to be legally sane at the time of trial, despite being diagnosed with borderline personality disorder and psychotic disorder.
While serving sixteen life sentences in prison for murder, Dahmer was beaten to death by fellow inmate Christopher Scarver.
And, this year, Monsters told the story of Lyle and Erik Menendez, who were sentenced to life without parole after murdering their parents in 1989.
The brothers claimed they were sexually abused by their father, Jose, and turned a blind eye by their mother, Kitty, before they were shot dead in their Beverly Hills home in 1989.
The upcoming third season will also feature Tom Hollander, Laurie Metcalf and Olivia Williams in prominent roles.
Carl Franklin, who worked on the first two Monsters films, returns to direct.
Ryan Murphy and Ian Brennan will continue to executive produce the series.
Filming began last month and is slated to continue until March 31, 2025.
No official release date has been confirmed.
Gein, the character played by Charlie, was a notorious American murderer and body thief.
Known as the “Butcher of Plainfield,” Gein exhumed corpses and used the remains to create disturbing objects, including furniture and clothing.
Gein’s crimes led to his arrest in 1957 and he spent nearly 30 years in a psychiatric hospital before dying of lung cancer on July 26, 1984 at the age of 77.
Ryan announced the casting of Charlie in September while promoting Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story.
