Dr Ranj Singh released a statement after a photo of himself with Phillip Schofield’s rumored ex-lover resurfaced online. Dr Ranj’s response came shortly after Phillip admitted that he was romantically involved with a former colleague. Giving a statement via The Daily Mail on Friday, he wrote: “I was in a consensual relationship with a junior colleague at This Morning. Contrary to speculation, although I met this man when he was a teenager and was offered to help him get into the television business, it wasn’t until he started working on the show. Only then will that relationship turn into a friendship. This relationship is unwise, but not illegal. Now it’s over.
