Brittany Mahomes can’t help but celebrate a “special” 2022-23 season. Patrick Mahomes!
The 28-year-old shared a new post on Instagram that included several photos from the 2024 Super Bowl, which ended with the Kansas City Chiefs’ 25-22 overtime victory over the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday.
“This season was special!” Brittany started in the title. “This guy never stopped believing in his team…through the ups and downs and all the doubts, he never once doubted this team.”
“He is a true leader and team player. He kept asking himself what he could do better to lead this team to the Super Bowl,” she added. “I saw so much behind the scenes that I will forever be amazed by you as a person and a football player! You boy deserved this!!! I love you and I am always and forever proud of you ❤️.”

The first three photos show Brittany standing next to her quarterback husband, 28, as she holds their son, Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III, 15 months, and he holds their daughter, Sterling Skye, 2. The family of four was all smiles after the Chiefs won the Vince Lombardi trophy for the third time in five years.
Additional photos on the Instagram carousel showed Brittany and Patrick kissing on the field while he rocked his Super Bowl title hat. Patrick rested his hand on Brittany’s back as he looked toward the stadium and raised his other hand in celebration in another photo.

The mother of two shared photos of her husband holding the Bronze as red and yellow confetti rained down onto the field at Allegiant Stadium.

Brittany also teased how Patrick expected a back-to-back win after winning the 2023 Super Bowl against the Philadelphia Eagles.
“I’ve decided we’re going to win the Super Bowl,” read one of Patrick’s messages in a screenshot of the messaging exchange. “I’ll see you in Vegas. I’m not done,” he added.
