Brittany Mahomes Reveals She Has a Fractured Back: ‘Please Take Care of Your Pelvic Floor’

The wife of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes shares an important message with her followers.

“Just a daily reminder,” the 28-year-old captioned a Boomerang selfie video posted to her Instagram Story on Wednesday.

“When you have children, take care of your pelvic floor. Seriously,” she added. Brittany signed the warning as “Girl with a broken back.”

She and her Super Bowl-winning husband, also 28, have two children — daughter Sterling Skye, born Feb. 20, 2021, and their son, Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III, who arrived Nov. 28, 2022.

“But maybe a vacation with my friends will make it better?” she joked in the Instagram Story that followed,

The family has more free time now that football season is over.

The Chiefs won their big game on February 11th against the San Francisco 49ers.

“Three times,” she captioned an Instagram carousel of her and a professional athlete holding the Vince Lombardi trophy together after the win.

In the broadcast, Patrick wore his NFL uniform and Brittany wore a strapless red jumpsuit with the couple’s last name on the leg. She supported her husband with a necklace that displayed his team number “15”.

The following social media post saw the family of four on the field after the match in Las Vegas. They were surrounded by Chiefs staff, Patrick’s teammates and event photographers as confetti fell from the stadium ceiling.

“This season was special!” Brittany wrote in the caption of the heartfelt post. “This guy never stopped believing in his team.”

Calling her husband “a true leader and team player,” she added, “I will forever admire you as a person and a soccer player! You boy deserved this!!! I love you and I am always and forever proud of you ❤️.”

After the gang finished at Allegiant Stadium, they packed up and headed to Disneyland.

“The day after winning the Super Bowl, running for mom and dad, best time ever for Sterling and bronze 😂🤍✨,” Brittany joked in her caption. “But would you do it again and again, same time next year dad?? ☺️”

To start the photos, the family posed in front of the Sleeping Beauty castle.

Sterling, 3, wore a princess dress, while her little brother, 1, was dressed in a gray jogging suit.

In between pictures of the kids playing with bubbles and toys, the Mahomes family also snapped a few photos with Minnie Mouse.
