Butler from Bravo’s Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip Files Lawsuit Alleging Sexual Assault

A man who once worked at Dorinda Medley’s Blue Stone Manor in Massachusetts is now suing Bravo and its affiliates over allegations he was sexually assaulted during filming The Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip.

On Friday, attorneys for Marco Vega at Derek Smith Law Group, PLLC filed a lawsuit in New York Supreme Court against Bravo and its affiliates, including Warner Brothers Entertainment, NBCUniversal Media and Peacock TV LLC.

According to Vega’s lawsuit, he was hired as a butler in the show’s second season Real Housewives spinoff, which took place in the Berkshires in 2021.

The plaintiff claims that Brandi Glanville “sexually harassed and abused” him during filming for the series, although he is not suing the reality star (51).

“Defendants had advance notice of Ms. GLANVILLE’s past deviant sexual preferences and sexually harassing behavior,” the complaint, obtained by PEOPLE, reads.

The lawyers also alleged that her “sexually aggressive and abusive behaviour” was “allowed, condoned and even encouraged”.

PEOPLE was not immediately able to reach Bravo or a rep for Glanville for comment.

After refusing several glasses of alcohol from Glanville, she allegedly ordered him to “‘deliver the c–k’ to the other Housewives, revealing the penis-shaped wine bottles she had under the bed.”

On another occasion during filming, Vega recalled Jill Zarin seemingly taken aback by the excessive amounts of Bourbon being consumed.

“I mean, Bourbon is strong alcohol. Something that is sipped, not swallowed. I’m a little afraid of what’s coming,” said the television personality, according to the lawsuit.

That night, Vega claims Phaedra Parks “slapped” him “on the butt.” He also claimed that Glanville “tore off” his “shirt exposing his bare chest and torso.”

Vega claims he wasn’t the only one Glanville bullied.

The lawsuit claims that in the 2nd season of the ep. 17 of RHBHGlanville sexually harassed “Adrienne Malouf by attempting to make love to her without her consent.”

“GLANVILLE said to Adrienne’s husband Paul: ‘I tried to kiss your wife, but I don’t think she wanted to.’ Malouf’s husband told GLANVILLE, “I wouldn’t want you to kiss my wife.'”

Vega’s lawsuit says he suffered “serious emotional distress” as a direct result of what was allowed on set.

He is suing for punitive damages, attorney’s fees, costs and disbursements.
