Cannes Security Guard Who Was Involved in the Kelly Rowland Incident Moves Actress Massiel Taveras Off the Carpet

The security guard who got into a heated argument with Kelly Rowland on the Cannes Film Festival red carpet seems to be back in the news.

A video circulating on social media appears to show a female security guard trying to move Dominican actress Massiel Taveras along the staircase of the Palais des Festivals, which eventually led to Taveras pushing the security guard.

A video posted on X (formerly known as Twitter) shows Taveras walking up the red carpet in a white dress that featured a long train with an image of Jesus printed on it. A security guard was seen motioning for Taveras to walk along the carpet after she unfolded the train of the dress.

The actress could then be seen exchanging words with the security guard as the guard held her arm up, trying to shoo her away up the stairs. When Taveras arrived at the station and tried to fan the train of her dress, she could be seen pushing the security guard’s hand away.
