On Monday, Teen Mom: The Next Chapter star, 31, shared a sweet series of photos of herself and Tyler Baltierra’s daughter Novalee as she celebrated her 9th birthday.

In the first photo, Novalee looks all grown up as she poses in a red halter dress with one hand on her hip and smiling for the camera.

“Happy 9th birthday 🥳 to our beautiful, smart, kind, caring and OUTGOING Novalee! We love you so much!!! #stopgrowingup @tylerbaltierramtv,” Catelynn captioned her Instagram post.

Baltierra met in high school and began dating in 2005, eventually tying the knot 10 years later. In addition to their three children — Rya, 2, Vaeda, 4, and Novalee — they also share a relationship with their biological daughter Carly, 14, who they gave up for adoption in 2009 during their time on Teenage mom origin series 16 & Pregnant.

In the last episode of the first season of the series Teen Mom: The Next Chapter in October, both Catelynn and Tyler were in tears as they left their visit with Carly.

As the family got back in the car to head home from the visit — their first visit in two years and their longest since the adoption went through — Novalee reassured her parents, “Well, at least we’ll see her next year.”

As both Tyler and Catelynn wiped away tears, Nova said, “Mom, I just want to say that Carly will always be in your heart.”

“And she will always be in your life. She’s not gone forever, just today,” added Catelynn’s dad, who joined the family for the visit. “Love doesn’t just disappear. You just don’t see it every day.”

“I wish we could see her every day,” Nova admitted.

“Me too,” Catelynn said.

“Hey, at least we had some fun with Carly,” Nova added, later remarking, “I just want to say that my mom and dad started this family. And I’m thankful for that, because if you two had never met, in your life he wouldn’t have the likes of me, or Carly, or all the angel babies.”
