The starting quarterbacks for UTSA and Marshall in Tuesday night’s Frisco Bowl both came from famous families. Owen McCown, son of former NFL running back Josh McCown, led UTSA’s offense. Cole Pennington, son of Chad Pennington, led Marshall’s team. In the end, the UTSA Roadrunners triumphed, defeating the Marshall Thundering Herd 35-17.
