TV personality has previously been diagnosed with vitiligo, which NHS describes as a long -term condition caused by a deficiency of melanin, a pigment in the skin.
As such, white spots or patches can be seen in different areas of her body.
The actress headed to social media as she opened on the effects of chronic autoimmune disorder.
She posted a few stories on her Instagram profile because she expressed her heavy nerves because of her upcoming holiday abroad.
The picture of her hand can be seen in her story as she wrote: “This was a few months ago and since then it has spread so much.
“I was always looking forward to the holidays, but now I’m ever nervous for the first time to go.
“Instead of gaining that confidence you got from a tanned complexion, I’m afraid people will stare at me.
“Also, some of the patches you can’t see until the others get darker.”
