Daisy Kent is happy to be back, and her college sweetheart is with her Bachelor Exit!
On Monday, May 13, the newly married 25-year-old reality star stopped by the Fishing with Becca Tilley and Tanya Rad podcast where she discussed how she and her boyfriend Thor Herbst are getting a second chance at love.
While talking to the ladies, the podcast hosts joked about the guys “outing” Kent after Joey Graziadei ended up giving the Final Rose to Kelsey Anderson.

Tilley, 35, and Rad, 36, revealed Kent was dating after she was asked about her current love life.
“What a great name!” the co-hosts said that was their first reaction to the headlines about Kent dating “Thor.”
“A very strong name,” they joked.

According to Kent, her new boyfriend isn’t that new at all. “We dated four years ago,” she said. “Yes, so long ago.”
Kent explained that she and her old love first dated in college before rekindling their relationship.
“We didn’t date long, but after that we were always really good friends and our whole group of friends from college are super close. And then yes, and then it just happened as it happened,” she explained.
Kent revealed that Herbst was the one who decided to end things, but agreed that it was probably the smartest move for them at the time, adding that when they were in college, they “just wanted to have fun.”

But once Herbst saw things improve with Graziadei, 28, he tried his luck with Kent.
“He reached out and then we – it wasn’t until after the show that we decided to try and we’re trying and we’re doing well,” Kent said, laughing.
And despite Kent’s sudden fame, she said she and Herbst actually see each other “very often.”

Discussing her “rocky launch” on social media to her not-so-new boyfriend, the Season 28 runner-up said her relationship doesn’t feel like a “big deal.”

“I’ve known him for so long. He was always like a good friend to me,” she added.
After a few jokes about how Herbst is “very confident” in Kent’s friendship with Tyler Cameron, she also said her boyfriend is “very supportive” of her newfound fame.
“I called him before I came here. I just said, ‘You could ask me about it. You want me not to say anything?’ He says, ‘Whatever you want to share. But if you ever feel awkward, just say it’s between me and him,’ Kent said. “So he’s very supportive of what I want to do and all of this, but he never thought this would happen.”
