Deja Trimble, better known as “Dej Loaf”, was born in Detroit, Michigan on April 8, 1991 to parents Latrica Hudson and Sidney Fritzgerald Trimble. She grew up in Detroit and was always interested in music.
She graduated from Southeastern High School in Detroit in 2009. She then studied nursing at Saginaw Valley State University before dropping out to pursue a career in music.
