Demi Moore Shares Health Update on Ex Bruce Willis: 'He Is in a Stable Place'

Demi Moore shares an update on the health of her ex-husband Bruce Willis.

While appearing on The Drew Barrymore Show on Friday, September 13 Substance star, 61, and Drew Barrymore recalled their time working on the 2003 film. Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle — and the host reminded Moore of Bruce’s small role in the film’s opening.

“I mean, I knew him when he was a bartender at… Cafe Central,” she continued, while Moore shouted the name of the New York bar at the same time.

“And I’ve known him all my life… how is he now?” The next question was asked by Barrymore, before Moore, who was married to the actor from 1987 to 2000, revealed that “as a given, he’s in a stable position”.

She then explained her and her family’s approach to Bruce, 69, since he was diagnosed with aphasia and later frontotemporal dementia (known as FTD).

“What I tell my kids is to meet them where they are. Don’t hold on to who they were or what you want them to be, but who they are right now,” said the actress.

“And there is such beauty and joy and love and sweetness from that,” Moore added. “When I’m in LA, I go there every week and I really appreciate the time we all share.”
