Diddy ‘raped man on camera and tried to pay him off with $2.5k’, says bombshell new lawsuit after horror Jay Z claims

RAP mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs allegedly raped a man on camera before a friend offered to pay him $2,500, a lawsuit alleges.

The blistering allegation is part of a new series of allegations against the disgraced musician that also include two others who claim they were drugged and raped.

The new claims come just days after fellow rap icon Jay-Z was named in a lawsuit for allegedly taking turns raping a 13-year-old girl with Combs.

Jay-Z strongly rejected the allegations and described them as “blackmail”.

Combs is currently in jail in Brooklyn awaiting trial on separate sex trafficking and racketeering charges.

His lawyers denied the three men’s claims and told TMZ they were “full of lies.”

The latest set of abuse allegations to be brought to court are believed to have taken place in the last five years between 2019 and 2022.

The unnamed male plaintiffs all filed similar lawsuits alleging that Combs and his team threw parties where they were drugged and sexually assaulted.

All three alleged victims claim that they were given an alcoholic drink during the event, which caused them to pass out, according to the lawsuit.

The men’s lawyer, Thomas Giuffra, told the Guardian that all the separate lawsuits followed a “shockingly similar pattern”.

The two say the sickening alleged acts took place inside hotel rooms purchased by Combs.

One is said to be the Park Hyatt Hotel on 57th Street where officers swooped in and arrested Combs back in September.

A third says they were allegedly raped at the Combs home in the Hamptons, TMZ reports, citing the lawsuit.

One of the plaintiffs – known only as John Doe – claims that two of Diddy’s associates filmed the sexual assault, according to the lawsuit.

John Doe claims he only woke up after the alleged abuse had already begun.

He was then allegedly offered $2,500 on Diddy’s behalf after it was all over.

The other two plaintiffs do not say they were offered money.

All the plaintiffs say they were afraid to speak out after the alleged sexual assault because of fear and humiliation, the lawsuits state.

He has faced a series of rape and assault charges in recent months.

On Sunday, a shocking lawsuit revealed that Combs and longtime friend Jay-Z were both allegedly involved in the rape of a teenage girl.

The lawsuit alleges that the men took turns at the 2000 VMAs after party while an unidentified celebrity looked on.

It consists of lawsuits alleging that Combs “abused, molested, raped, assaulted, threatened and coerced women, minors and others” for decades.

The lawsuit adds that the alleged victims believe they were given “the popular date-rape drug Rohypnol, or GHB, to commit heinous acts of non-consensual sexual violence and rape against countless victims.”

Jay-Z denied any involvement in the alleged act and fired back, calling the allegations “blackmail.”

He insisted the “heinous” allegations were not true and said he was heartbroken for his family.

In a statement to The Sun, he said: “My only heart is broken for my family.

“My wife and I will have to sit our children down, one of whom is at an age where her friends will surely see the press and ask questions about the nature of these claims, and explain the cruelty and greed of people.”

The leaked images are said to be from the same night as the alleged attack on Diddy and ex-girlfriend Jennifer Lopez in a major spate.

Shocking pictures show the moment the Bronx beauty and the disgraced rapper had a heated argument before J Lo gave Combs a death glare and stormed off.

It is unclear what caused the drama, as nothing in the images suggests a connection to the alleged rape.

CLOSING TIME

Combs has been locked up at the notorious Brooklyn compound since September 16 after federal agents arrested the rap mogul at the Park Hyatt hotel in midtown Manhattan.

The prison is said to have been plagued by rat infestations, violent outbursts and understaffing, and has been home to many other notorious inmates, including Ghislaine Maxwell and R. Kelly.

Maxwell famously lamented her time in prison, complaining of lack of sleep, lack of drinking water, the stench of sewage in her cell, and living among rodents and cockroaches.

She also alleged that guards kept her awake with flashlights and subjected her to repeated humiliating searches.

Conditions are said to be so bad that the prison is no longer accepting inmates to serve their sentences, and most are awaiting trial or prosecution.

Combs will likely remain in jail until his trial on May 5, 2025.

Diddy’s fall

By Forrest McFarland, senior reporter for The US Sun, who has covered Diddy’s legal battles for years

BEFORE Sean “Diddy” Combs was arrested in September, there was speculation the rap star would find himself in custody after he was repeatedly indicted on disturbing allegations – and the feds raided two of his mansions.

His mounting legal troubles finally came to a head on Sept. 17, when he was indicted on three federal counts, including human trafficking, for allegedly forcing victims to participate in drug-fueled sex parties he called “Freak Offs.”

Hours before his arrest, America’s The Sun exclusively revealed that the feds investigating Combs were secretly in touch with Tupac Shakur murder prosecutors about gang activity.

The development also comes after Combs was named 77 times in documents filed by prosecutors in the Tupac murder case.

In addition to the Tupac investigation, Combs was already facing a number of lawsuits, including one he settled with his ex, Cassie Ventura, after she accused him of rape and abuse.

Disturbing hotel surveillance footage from 2016 shows Combs hunting Cassie, then punching, kicking and beating her in the hallway.

Two months earlier, in March 2024, two of Combs’ mansions were raided by federal investigators, who seized three AR-15s, drugs and 1,000 bottles of lube that were part of his “Freak Off” stash.

In addition to his federal criminal charges, Combs also faces several lawsuits alleging sexual assault, harassment and sex trafficking dating back to the early 1990s.

Music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones filed one lawsuit in February 2024, alleging that Combs forced him to hire sex workers and engage in sexual acts while working on his latest album.

Combs has denied any wrongdoing and pleaded not guilty to federal sex-trafficking charges, but his battle is far from over.

He faces life in prison if convicted on all counts.
