“We live a completely non-toxic life where we don’t eat any sugar, no gluten, no corn, no dairy, no oats, anything that makes you bloated, we tend to stay away from,” Ribeiro said.

He went on to talk about the importance of food quality: “It’s so crazy, like, we’re all going to put ‘super unleaded’ in our cars, but we’re going to put below ‘regular’ in our bodies, right? And you wonder why we have so many cancers and health problems.”

“People are always in pain. [Since] having learned how to eat properly, I don’t have pain anymore,” he said. “I live an almost pain-free life because nothing is swollen, right?”
