Strictly star Lauren Oakley wowed viewers on the dance floor alongside her celebrity partner, Krishnan Guru-Murthy.
While the 32-year-old dancer was a part Strictly family since 2022, this year is the first time he is paired with a celebrity.

When did the couple get married?
Lauren and Max said “I do” in September 2019. On her big day, Lauren looked every inch the gorgeous bride in a backless lace gown by Made with Love Bridal.
She paired her beautiful lace gown with a delicate floral crown and walked down the aisle holding a bouquet of beautiful sunflowers. Her beau, Max, meanwhile, looked dapper in a three-piece suit and white button down.

Reflecting on her big day, Lauren captioned one of her wedding photos: “We had an absolutely magical day full of sunshine and we hope everyone enjoyed it as much as we did.

Back in August, the Birmingham-born dancer penned a touching tribute to her sweetheart alongside a fiery photo of Max kissing his wife tenderly as he wrapped his arms around her side.

Praising her beloved, she said: “I’m grateful for so many things in my life, I’m a very happy girl… but all because you enable me to achieve my goals and ambitions and support me every step of the way. And that’s why I’m you incredibly grateful.”
Do they have children?
Lauren and Max don’t seem to have any children at the moment and haven’t spoken publicly about wanting to start a family of their own.
Lauren’s dancing career
The Strictly Pro started dancing at the age of two. She participated in competitions from an early age and was crowned Juvenile Champion at the prestigious Blackpool Dance Festival, winning in the dance and Latin disciplines.

She became British national under-21 champion before going on tour with colleagues Strictly star Giovanni Pernice.
Speaking about Strictly, she said: “I grew up watching Strictly, always hoping that one day I could be part of the best show on television, doing what I love most.
“Now that it’s happening, it doesn’t seem real. I can’t wait to start this new glitter adventure and join this amazing family.”
