Elizabeth Hurley’s son Damian Hurley looks just like his mom!

On Friday, October 18, the duo stepped out at the inaugural Black Women Rising UK fundraising gala in London, where they posed for several photos together – proving just how much the 22-year-old model and actor looks like Gossip Girl actress.

Elizabeth, 59, wore a shimmering gold and white lace gown, which featured sheer lace sleeves and a sheer skirt with a shimmering gold bodice. She paired the look with a small neutral clutch, a silver necklace and dangling geometric earrings.

Damian meanwhile wore a black textured jacket, opting to ditch the shirt and pair the jacket with black leather pants and a black cross necklace.

Damian — whom Elizabeth welcomed with businessman Steve Bing, who passed away in 2020 — is candid about his close relationship with his mom. The pair often share social media posts about their daily life together, and Damian even cast Elizabeth in his directorial debut thriller, Top secret, earlier this year.

In May, the two talked to PEOPLE about what their home life is like — and joked that their favorite thing to do together is “work.”

“We don’t have a conversation that isn’t about work or filming or filming in some aspect,” Damian said at the time, revealing that although he has a flat in London, he spends most of his time at his mum’s country home.

Elizabeth shared that she has a “very annoying mummy rule” when spending time with her son that still applies.

“We must never turn on the TV before 6 p.m.,” she explained. “That included a lock-up! That’s what we always stuck to. So we try to work all day, but at 6 we go to the TV room.”

In February, Damian spoke with PEOPLE about directing Top secretin which his mom plays a key role. He then revealed that his mum had “promised” him years ago to star in his first film and had “gave up everything” to join the production.

“During the filming of my first short film in 2010, when I was 8 years old, my mother promised me that she would be in my first feature film. Truth be told, the moment Top secret was greenlit, my mother dropped everything and rushed to the Caribbean to help,” Damian said.

While he understands that the relationship between director and actor can be “complicated at the best of times,” Damian said that wasn’t the case when he was working with his mom.

“It was a pleasure to come to work and deal with each day together,” he added.
