The rap icon celebrated his 51st birthday on Tuesday, posting on X (formerly Twitter) the next day to thank fans for their commemorative posts and, in true Eminem style, tell a joke.
“thanks 2 everyone for all the birthday wishes!!!” wrote Eminem. “smoke!!!!”

The “Lose Yourself” singer received celebratory messages from multiple fellow hosts, including his longtime friend Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson. “Happy birthday to a living legend @Eminem“, wrote the performer of “Candy Shop”. X (formerly Twitter)sharing several photos of the couple together. “I love you to death, man, God bless you […] I wish you many more.”
Joyner Lucas, who Eminem collaborated with on his 2018 single “Lucky You,” also took to the stage to mark the occasion. “He was the first rapper I asked for approval. Maybe it’s because musically he gave birth to my style and since I was 13, this guy was like a god to me,” the musician wrote.
“Marshall happy birthday and thank you for your contribution to the game AND my life,” Lucas continued, writing alongside clip from the “Lucky You” music video..
Eminem’s daughter Hailie Jade Scott was ‘fucking happy’ to see her dad perform with 50 Cent
Earlier this month, Eminem was spotted on a rare public outing with daughter Hailie Jade Scott to watch a football game between the Detroit Lions and the Carolina Panthers at Ford Field in the father-daughter duo’s home state of Michigan.
The “Mockingbird” rapper shared a photo of himself at the game flexing his arm muscles from his suite, and also posted a video of himself rooting for the team to his 2002 hit “Lose Yourself.” In the video, Eminem in a for a moment he leans back in his seat to talk to Scott (27).
“Detroit strong!!! 💪💪💪🦁🦁🦁 let’s—in gooooo!!!!” he captioned the post.

Scott, meanwhile, shared moments from the game on her own Instagram feed, including a solo shot of herself in a Lions hat with the field in the background.
The Just a little shady The podcast host, who Eminem shares with ex-wife Kim Mathers, also posted a video of her fiance Evan McClintock waving a Lions flag – and poked fun at Taylor Swift’s recent viral moment in her caption.
“football, family and apparently a ranch 🏈,” Scott captioned the post, referring to a photo of Swift in Travis Kelce’s suite at the Kansas City Chiefs game on Sept. 24, in which she posed with a plate of chicken tenders and two dips. The popular X (former Twitter) account called @tswifterastour shared the photo again with the caption “Taylor Swift ate a piece of chicken with ketchup and apparently ranch!”
The release marked a rare public appearance for Eminem, who still lives in his native Detroit. In July, he joined Ed Sheeran on stage for a surprise performance of “Lose Yourself” and “Stan,” and last month he did the same with 50 Cent during his Detroit tour.
Scott — who is mentioned nearly two dozen times in her father’s songs — attended 50 Cent’s performance and said on her podcast that she was “fucking happy” to hear the “In Da Club” rapper perform.
“I haven’t seen him perform since, like, seriously I think it was like sixth grade,” she said. “It’s been so long.”
