The ‘Les Miserables’ star put her charming Spanish-style home in LA’s Westwood neighborhood on the market in January
Emma Stone has parted ways with her LA home just weeks after putting it up for sale.
The actress, 35, first listed her charming home in Comstock Hills, a private, gated community located in LA’s Westwood neighborhood, for $3.995 million in late January, PEOPLE reported at the time.
On Tuesday, PEOPLE confirmed that she sold it for $4.3 million — just over $300,000 more than the original asking price.
The sale marks another win for the star, who just took home a Golden Globe and a Critics’ Choice award for her film Poor people.

Fittingly, the star — who just described the aspiring HGTV host Curse! — recently renovated the Westwood residence, according to the listing held by agent Eric Lavey of Sotheby’s International Realty’s Beverly Hills brokerage.

Photos show the home is far from cookie-cutter, furnished with colorful teal and pink upholstered seating and gallery walls filled with art.

Stone married her husband, comedian and writer Dave McCary, in 2020, a source confirmed to PEOPLE at the time, and the couple have a two-and-a-half-year-old daughter, Louise Jean.
The La la country star first met McCary while filming the episode Saturday night live in December 2016, Stone and McCary announced their engagement three years later in December 2019 and featured a photo of them with Stone holding her engagement ring, a pearl in a diamond halo.
