Erika Girardi in Sin City wins, and Bravo cameras follow her way to the stage.
The network has greenlit a new two-part documentary spinoff series after The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star’s difficult journey to the opening night of her Las Vegas residency.
Footage of the special was released Sunday at BravoCon 2023, at a panel celebrating her extensive music career. The singer — who had nine No. 1 hits Board‘s Dance Club Songs chart under her stage moniker, Erika Janye – has opened a provocative stage show over the summer called Bet It All on Blonde, which runs select weekends at the House of Blues inside Mandalay Bay through December 16.

Fittingly, Erika’s new Bravo special is called Erika Jayne: Bet on the blonde. The premiere is in the spring of 2024.
In the trailer, which also premiered at BravoCon, Erika talks about returning to music amid the drama surrounding her estranged husband Tom Girardi, a disgraced and disbarred attorney who has been charged with fraud over the alleged 2018 plane theft to the victims’ families. clash.
The allegations surfaced against Tom when Erika filed for divorce from him in November 2020 after 21 years of marriage. And while she claimed she was unaware of Tom’s alleged criminal actions, her colleagues were quick to question her involvement as criminal and civil lawsuits were filed, some of which implicated Erika.
She has since been acquitted in several of those cases, although other civil battles continue. But Erika is now working hard to move forward.
“Tom misbehaved for three years,” says Erika. S— this man did. His family, he hurt them too. Now I have to pick myself up and put on a show. Not that it’s going to get any fucking better.”

Looking to reclaim her life both personally and professionally, the stakes couldn’t be higher for Jayne in light of her tumultuous split and ongoing legal battles. With her upcoming residency at the famed House of Blues in Las Vegas as her goal, Jayne and her tight-knit team must deal with the challenges that come with performing at this level.
Their frantic six-week preparation for the opening night tackles every detail – from songwriting and choreography, to wardrobe and glamor arrangements, and countless rehearsals – all while working against the reality of budget constraints and the ticking of the clock. With no shortage of backstage drama, tensions rise under pressure to deliver a show with the potential for an extended run.

PEOPLE spoke with Erika in August about her residency. “It was amazing,” she said of the show. “I love it and I’m very grateful for the experience, I really am. It’s been a rebirth in many ways and an opportunity to present a newer version of myself as I really move into this next chapter.”

“It was bullshit, she said. “But I showed up every day and I’m proud of that and I’ll always be proud of that.”
