On July 17, 2005, Embry and Mabrey married for the first time. They have a son, Cogeian Sky Embry, from his previous marriage to Amelinda Smith. But after only seven years of marriage, the couple divorced in April 2012. She was the one who initiated the divorce case. She cited “irreconcilable differences” as the grounds for the divorce in the divorce papers they filed in LA County Superior Court. They reconciled a year later, which proved she was lying. They got together again in 2013.
In November 2013, he told relationship counselor Tara Richter on her FoXXXy Forum podcast that his relationship life was wild. “My ex-wife and I are dating now,” he admitted on the show.
